به گزارش گالري آنلاين، مراسم خصوصي مت گالا 2023 در تاريخ 1 مي 2023 در موزه هنر متروپوليتن در شهر نيويورک برگزار شد و طبق معمول يک رويداد باشکوه بود. موضوع امسال «در آمريکا: فرهنگ مد» بود که به منظور تجليل از مد آمريکايي و تأثير آن بر صنعت انتخاب شد.
در اين مراسم، بسياري از افراد مشهور و نمادهاي مد در بهترين لباس هاي خود پوشيده شدند که برخي از آنها کاملاً منحصر به فرد و چشم نواز بودند. ريحانا خواننده يک لباس کامليا شکل طراحي شده توسط پيرپائولو پيچيولي براي والنتينو پوشيده بود که يادآور نقاشي جورجيا اوکيف "جيمسون ويد/گل سفيد شماره 1" بود که در تيت مدرن در لندن، انگلستان به نمايش گذاشته شده است.
