this year, the designers were inspired by the natural science-themed exhibitions at the museum and by the color contrasts of poisonous frogs hiding in the foliage of plants. in both nature and the installations, bold colors peek out of the green and yellow hues, creating pops of color throughout the piece. the installation’s colors reference two of the main exhibitions found at the musee de la civilisation, ‘venenum: a poisonous world’ and ‘curiosities of the natural world’.
